Francis Jones has worked in television and radio for over twenty-five years. In that time he has written over fifty comedy radio dramas and has worked across documentary programme-making for News & Current Affairs, History, Popular Culture, Politics and Sport, both for regional and network output.

His latest documentary on the often controversial topic of ADHD aired on BBC Radio Wales in December 2023. He also produces and engineers the comedy podcast series Brain Cigar, written by and starring Peter Baynham (Borat, I’m Alan Partridge, The Day Today, and Arthur Christmas) and Jez Simmonds (Number One in Heaven, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Up Late, Crash!)

He is currently working on a documentary about WW2 for BBC Radio Wales.
